Privacy Policy
This website is run by Kreezel B. Villanueva, a licensed financial advisor of AIA Philippines, under the name Young Savers PH. This policy explains what personal information I collect through this site, why, who else handles it, and your rights under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
This is my personal website, not an official website of AIA Philippines or the AIA Group.
What I collect and why
I only collect what you choose to send me. The site itself has no user accounts, analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Contact form (Contact page). Your name, email address, phone number (optional) and message. I use these only to reply to your inquiry.
Booking a free online assessment (Calendly). Your name and email address, plus your answers to the booking questions: birthday and gender, mobile number, annual income, monthly budget, your goal (health, protection, retirement or education), existing insurance, who the plan is for, interest in an investment component, your timeline, and an optional message. I use these to prepare for our meeting and recommend a plan that fits your needs and budget. Your birthday and age are sensitive personal information under the law, and I use them only to estimate premiums and eligibility for you.
Advisor application (Become an Advisor page, JotForm). Your title, name, email address, contact number, city, the role you are applying for, your CV, and an optional message. I use these only to assess your application to join my team and to contact you about it. I do not send your application or CV directly to AIA Philippines.
Messages through Messenger, Facebook, Instagram, phone or email. Whatever you choose to send me. Those platforms handle your messages under their own privacy policies.
Who else handles your information
I use a few trusted services to run this site. They process your information on my behalf and may store it outside the Philippines:
- Web3Forms delivers contact form messages to my email. It keeps submissions for up to 3 years, then deletes them. Web3Forms privacy policy
- Calendly runs the booking calendar and stores bookings in the United States. Its booking widget may use cookies. Calendly privacy notice
- JotForm runs the advisor application form and stores submissions, including CVs, in the United States. JotForm privacy policy
- Vercel hosts this website. Like any web host, it briefly processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to serve pages and keep the site secure. Vercel privacy policy
If you decide to apply for an AIA plan, the details needed for that application are shared with AIA Philippines, which handles them under its own privacy notice.
I never sell your information or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
How long I keep it
I keep your information only as long as I need it to respond to you, serve you as a client, or complete the recruitment process, and as long as the law or AIA’s rules require. After that I delete it. If you ask me to delete your information sooner, I will, unless I am required to keep it.
How I protect it
Your information is sent to these services over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to my email, Calendly and JotForm accounts is limited to me. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect what you share.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:
- be informed about how your personal information is collected and used
- access the personal information I hold about you
- correct any inaccurate or outdated information
- object to processing, or ask me to suspend, withdraw, block, remove or destroy your information
- receive a copy of your information in a commonly used electronic format (data portability)
- be compensated for damages caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false or unlawfully obtained information, or by unauthorized use of it
- file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph)
Your lawful heirs and assigns may also exercise these rights for you.

Changes to this policy
I may update this policy when the site or the services I use change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
